Example Guides

For ultrasonic distance sensing (such as the HC-SR04), we show wiring for VCC, TRIG, ECHO, and GND, note when level shifting is needed, and include code with basic timeouts and averaging.

For micro servos like the SG90, we cover 50 Hz control, gentle startup moves, and using a dedicated 5–6 V supply with a shared ground.

Line following with a triple IR sensor includes sensor height, matte line material, and ambient light shielding. Start with simple majority voting across three sensors, and consider PID later for smoother tracking.

We also touch on power and grounding — shared ground, suitable regulators, and decoupling.
