Why Choose the SG90 & HC-SR04 Servo Bracket?
The Servo Sensor Bracket for SG90 and HC-SR04 enables builders to create pan-tilt scanning systems that bring motion and perception to DIY robots. It’s perfect for STEM education, distance sensing projects, and autonomous navigation prototypes.
By combining two SG90 micro servos with an HC-SR04 ultrasonic sensor, this compact mount allows for real-time object tracking, area mapping, and adaptive obstacle avoidance. Its modular design integrates easily with Arduino, ESP32, and Raspberry Pi robotics platforms.
Quick Assembly
Attach the bottom servo to the base using screws provided.
Mount the top servo for tilt control using the side brackets.
Install the HC-SR04 sensor on the top plate using M2 screws.
Connect servo wires to Arduino PWM pins (e.g., D9 and D10) for control.
Tip: Calibrate servo angles in your code to prevent over-rotation and ensure smooth scanning motion. Use lightweight materials to avoid strain on micro servos.
