Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility

  • Item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Start a Return

To start a return, contact us at service@roboriderlabs.com. Returns should be sent to the address provided in our response. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping: If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll send you a prepaid return label or refund the return shipping cost. For other returns, you are responsible for postage.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on perishable goods, personalized products, beauty or personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Returns are also not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a replacement is to return the unwanted item and place a new order after the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at service@roboriderlabs.com.
